 FUNDRAISING AT GAUCHO RODIZIO

Join the Rotary Club of Boca Raton Sunset for a casual but exciting dinner at Gaucho Rodizio in support of our projects for needy children in Niteroi, Brazil.  Most of these children will not receive any holiday gifts without our help.  During the summer break, Niteroi's day care cannot afford to provide breakfast or lunch, only for these children to return home to a sparse or empty dinner table.  Gaucho Rodizio will donate 10% of the evening's food proceeds to help this worthy cause.  Three Boca Sunset Rotarians have already visited Niteroi and seen the need - now we can all do something about it!
An evening at Gaucho Rodizio includes a never-ending parade of Rump Steak, Garlic Rump Steak, Sirloin, Chicken, Sausage, Pork Loin and other varieties of savory meat, as well as a variety of fresh pastas and sauces custom-made, right in front of your eyes. Traditional Brazilian and Americanside dishes complement the rodizio - rice & beans, cod fish, paella, spiced chicken, seafood casserole, onion rings, fried cassava, french fries and cheese puffs.  As if that weren't enough, you'll also enjoy the elaborate Gaucho buffet - exotic salads, side dishes, cheeses (gorgonzola, parmesan, pecorino romano, swiss and provolone), fruits, potato salad, crab, sashimi, calamari, asparagus, hearts of palm, broccoli, green beans, bell pepper salad, sun dried tomatoes, green olives, black olives, salami, salmon pate, salmon terrine, carpaccio, chicken salad, mozzarella and beet.
If your mouth is watering - and it should be - call today for reservations!

Bringing Clean Water and Hope for a Better Future

The Rotary Foundation

A recent Foundation Matching Grant allowed Rotarians in India to provide 36 hand wells to rural villages in Andhra Pradesh state where there is a severe shortage of water. Access to clean water will improve the quality of life for those living in these villages by helping to prevent disease and alleviate poverty. In partnership, the Rotary clubs of Vinukonda Central, India (D3150), and Castle Hill, Australia (D9680), have not only brought safe drinking water to these communities but improved health and hope for a better future as well. Every Rotarian, every project, and every contribution makes a difference every year.
